Because we believe that financial planning is all about people, we want our clients to know that there is a team of professionals around them. Your relationship with Crawford Consulting may also include working with professionals we choose to collaborate with, such as fund managers, solicitors, accountants, and other specialists. The members of this broader team will be introduced to you as you need them. For now, though, here are the experienced people you will get to know from day one.
Paul Crawford
Wealth Manager and Managing Director of Crawford Consulting
Paul believes that wealth management is not just about hard financial facts. It has an emotional and subjective nature to it which is just as important if not more so.
He started his career working for a number of leading life assurance companies, which eventually developed into advising clients. He formed Crawford Consulting in 2004 with the objective of creating a bespoke advice business and over the period since then, has built strong working relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect.
Paul gets great satisfaction from being able to make a positive difference in clients’ lives. He has developed positive relationships with other professionals in the fund management, legal and accountancy fields as he believes that the best outcomes for clients can only be achieved by this collaborative approach.
In his spare time, he continues to play the guitar, and has developed a strong interest in design and the arts, not only as a collector but also dabbling as a dealer. Where possible, he tries to spend time with his children and four grandsons.

Tina holds the Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) qualification.

Rachel helps clients get the best from working with Crawford Consulting by focusing on client relationships and client service.
Rachel started her career in financial services in 1989. She worked in account and team management roles for major product providers before joining Crawford Consulting in 2004. As well as getting to know clients so she can monitor and improve service, Rachel enjoys the challenge of finding ways to turn regulatory and compliance requirements into something clients will understand and value.
She also loves the opportunity to use her organisational skills and industry experience on a project. She has worked on a variety of business and operational projects over the years and is experienced in balancing differing goals and priorities, while keeping the client’s experience at the forefront.
